Figuring out what to cook is one of the hardest decisions for me. Is it funny to say that I am happy whenever there's leftover from dinner? Yes! I am, because that means instant breakfast! You just have to think of ways on how to make that dish seems different from last night's meal.
So for today's recipe, I am sharing with you one of my favorite leftover dish.

- 1/2 cup of milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs and milk. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

You can also use leftover cornedbeef for this recipe or add some mushrooms. It's up to you! Enjoy!
